Alfred Molina Fast Facts:

Spanish father and Italian mother emigrated to London in the '40s; grew up listening to a variety of accents which may account for his uncanny ear.
Inspired to become an actor after seeing Spartacus (1960) at age 9.
Became a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1977.
Made his screen debut as a villainous tour guide in 1981's Raiders of the Lost Ark and his Broadway debut in 1998 in Yasmina Reza's Art.
Affectionately named the four tentacles of his Doctor Octopus costume in Spider-Man 2 Harry, Larry, Flo and Moe.
