Holland Taylor Fast Facts:

Studied acting with Stella Adler.
As of 2006, she has appeared in five plays by A.R. Gurney: The David Show (1968), Children (1976), The Perfect Party (1986), The Cocktail Hour (1988) and Love Letters (1988), in which she starred opposite the writer.
Filmmaker Brad Anderson is her nephew and she has appeared in his movies Next Stop Wonderland (1998) and Happy Accidents (2000).
Won a Supporting Actress Emmy for her role as randy Judge Roberta Kittleson on The Practice; played the same character in a 2000 episode of Ally McBeal.
