Tony Sirico Fast Facts:

Did two stints in jail and talks openly about his early life of crime.
While serving in Sing Sing for armed robbery in the early '70s, he became hooked on acting when a traveling troupe called the Theater of the Forgotten visited the prison.
A character actor with a lengthy résumé, he frequently worked with Woody Allen (who grew up in the same Brooklyn neighborhood) and James Toback.
Along with a number of other New York-based actors, including fellow Sopranos players Vincent Pastore, Vincent Curatola and Frank Vincent, he is a member of the GAG (Gangsters Actors Guild), an informal fraternity of performers who have made careers out of playing hoodlums.
Active in children's charities, including St. Jude's and HeartShare.
With Sopranos costar James Gandolfini, he took part in a USO tour to visit troops stationed in the Persian Gulf in 2004.
